2nd Annual Leaf Bowl 2022
We hope you were able to come out and see our booth at the 2nd annual Leaf Bowl in Anchorage, last month. Green Jar did all of the entry’s intake, photography of products and judge kit disbursement. You may recognize one of the five judges our very own extremely knowledgeable in the cannabis industry budtenders Jon Osborn! Here is what he had to say about judging for the Leaf Bowl “It’s been so interesting to see all the product from around the state. All of the edible packaging have great esthetic, and it all tasted so good!”

Alaska State Fair
Alaska State Fair time! We LOVE the Fair, there is always so much to do and not enough time to do it all! There looks like some fantastic concerts on the docket this year, over here at Green Jar most of us are excited to get in to see the Bare Naked Ladies.
The fair is the best place to get the munchies, anything and everything you could dream up food wise is generally there. You want a brick of curly fries? BAM, they have it! You want the best hand dipped ice cream in the state? BAM, they have it! Get yourself in the munchies mood by shopping at Green Jar before you head out to the fair!
Matanuska Thunder Fest
Did you see that there will be a music festival up at Skeetak on August 2nd? Matanuska Thunder Fest will be a fun night of music featuring The California Honey Drops who are debuting their fall Alaska tour. To start the night off though, The Super Saturated Sugar Strings will be opening at 6pm. Be ready to dance and party late as there is also an afterparty set by DJ Maxwell. Green Jar is helping sponsor the event and there will be a beer garden fundraiser that is sponsored by the Alaskan Brewing Company. We hope to see you there, and we look forward to supporting our local ski hill all while enjoying a delicious brew.
